Section 16-94-25.5 - Record keeping

A pest control operator or RME shall keep records on all jobs performed for a period of at least two years. Each record shall include, but not be limited to, the following information:

(1) Date of job;

(2) Client's name and address;

(3) Branch of pest control; and

(4) Chemicals and treatment method(s) used.
