Section 16-94-4 - Individuals

The board shall issue the following types of licenses:

(1) Pest control operator, branch 1;

(2) Pest control operator, branch 2;

(3) Pest control operator, branch 3;

(4) RME, branches 1, 2, and 3; and

(5) Pest control field representative, branches 1, 2, and 3.
