Section 16-93-1 - Objective

This chapter adopted by the board of osteopathic examiners, hereafter referred to as "board", is intended to clarify chapter 460, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to the end that the provisions thereunder may be best implemented and the public interest most effectively protected.
