Section 16-92-5 - Renewal of license

Renewal fees paid by mail shall not be considered as delinquent if the envelope bears a postmark of December 31 of each odd-numbered year or earlier. In addition to the renewal fee, each licensee shall submit the required continuing education hours pursuant to subchapter 7.
