Section 16-91-15 - Denial of certificate of licensure or certificate of dispensing optician

In the event an application for the issuance of a certificate of licensure or certificate of dispensing optician or for the reinstatement thereof is denied, the board shall notify the applicant by certified letter of the board's action which shall include a concise statement of the reasons therefor and a statement informing the applicant of the applicant's right to a hearing.
