The board shall have the power to revoke or suspend the endorsement of a nursing home administrator license issued to any person upon evidence satisfactory to the board that the person's license has been [revoked or suspended] disciplined by the duly constituted authorities of any state. The licensee shall be given due notice of the board's action and an opportunity to be heard at a formal hearing.
