Section 16-90-10 - Misrepresentation of material fact

Any misrepresentation of material fact by the applicant in the pre-examination requirements and qualifications in the application for examination as a nursing home administrator or any misrepresentation of material fact in the application for [issuance of] a temporary permit as a nursing home administrator[,] shall result in the denial of the [applicant for the examination or denial of the issuance of] application for examination or for a temporary permit as determined by the board.
