Section 16-90-46 - Administrative practice and procedure

The rules of practice and procedure for nursing home administrator shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the department of commerce and consumer affairs which are incorporated herein by reference and made a part of this chapter.
