The rules of practice and procedure of motor vehicle dealers, salespersons, auctions, auctioneers, manufacturers, factory branches, factory representatives, distributors, distributor branches, and distributor representatives shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the department of commerce and consumer affairs, which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
