Section 16-85-115 - Relinquishment no bar to jurisdiction

The forfeiture, nonrenewal, surrender, or voluntary relinquishment of a license or certificate by a licensee or certificate holder shall not bar jurisdiction by the board to proceed with any investigation, action, or proceeding to revoke, suspend, condition, or limit the license or certificate, or fine the licensee or certificate holder.
