Section 16-85-101 - Administrative practice and procedure

The rules of practice and procedure for the board of medical examiners shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the department of commerce and consumer affairs, which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
