Section 16-79-1 - Objective

This chapter adopted by the board of dental examiners, hereafter referred to as "board", is intended to clarify and implement chapters 447 and 448, Hawaii Revised Statutes ("HRS"), to the end that the provisions thereunder may be best effectuated.
