Section 16-78-59 - Enrollment
(a) The number of students shall be small enough to permit an effective educational program. The number of students shall be set so that the total of students, patrons, and faculty does not exceed the occupancy requirements of the state board of health and the building department of the county in which the school is located.
(b) A beauty school shall enroll only students who are at least sixteen years of age and who have an education equivalent to the completion of high school or grade twelve.
