Section 16-75-60 - Administrative practice and procedure

The rules of practice and procedure for cemetery and pre-need funeral authorities shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the deparment of commerce and consumer affairs, which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
