Section 16-75-15 - Reinstatement of suspended license

To reinstate a license suspended for failing, refusing, or neglecting to maintain the bond required by sections 441-22 and 441-37, HRS, the licensee, within sixty days from the date the license is suspended, shall file an application for reinstatement and pay the required fee. Failure to reinstate the license within the time prescribed shall cause the license to be terminated. In order to receive a new license an application shall be filed in accordance with section 16-75-13 and accompanied by the required application and license fees. A licensee, within fifteen days after receipt of the notification of the license termination, may request an administrative hearing to review the termination pursuant to chapter 91, HRS.
