Section 16-75-13 - Application for pre-need funeral authority and cemetery license(a) An application for a pre-need funeral authority or cemetery license shall be accompanied by the required application fee which shall not be refunded.(b) At the time of filing the application the applicant shall submit the exhibits as specified in section 16-75-22(a).
