Any boxer guilty of foul tactics in a boxing contest may be disqualified by the referee and subsequently fined by the commission and his purse withheld from payment, and the boxer shall be automatically suspended. Disposition of the purse and the penalty to be imposed upon the boxer shall be determined by action of the commission.
