A decision rendered at the termination of any boxing contest cannot be changed except as follows: Should the commission at any time following the rendering of a decision, determine there was collusion affecting the result of any contest, or an error in computing score, or a rule error on the part of a referee, such decision shall be changed as the commission may direct.
