Commission physicians shall sit at the immediate ringside at all boxing bouts. No bout shall be allowed to proceed unless the physician is present. The physician shall not leave until after the decision in the final bout. He shall be prepared to assist if any serious emergency shall arise and shall render temporary or emergency treatments for cuts and minor injuries sustained by the contestant.
