Should the boxer prove unfit for competition, through physical injury, faulty heart action, the presence of any infectious or contagious disease, or any weakness or disability discovered by a physician that should bar him from competition, the boxer shall be rejected and an immediate report by the physician shall be made to the commission or its authorized representative.
