Section 16-74-92 - Duties It shall be the duties of the commission's physicians:
(1) To examine such boxers and referees as the commission may designate;(2) To attend boxing contest as designated by the commission; and(3) To file and certify in writing over his signature a report as to the physical and mental condition of boxers or referees examined.
