Senior amateur boxing contests may be held within the State of a limited number of rounds not exceeding four of a duration of not more than two minutes each, and the rest period between each round shall be one minute, or three rounds of a duration of three minutes each and rest period between each round shall be one minute. Amateur clubs shall not schedule less than thirty rounds of boxing for any paid (admission charged) program. Minimum number of bouts for any one program is ten.
