Fans may be used between rounds. The swinging of towels is prohibited. Seconds shall leave the ring enclosure at least ten seconds before the beginning of each round. They shall leave the ring platform and remove all obstructions, such as buckets and stools, promptly when the gong sounds for the beginning of each round.
