All gymnasiums wherein boxing, sparring matches or exhibitions are held for prizes or purses, or where an admission fee is charged or received, must be approved by the commission and are subject to all the rules thereof and must use tickets for admission and will be required to furnish a written report duly verified, showing the gross proceeds of matches.
