Matchmakers, before matching boxers, shall ascertain that boxers are in training and physically fit to participate in a contest. Clearing with the commission's physician shall be prima facie evidence of fitness. Promoters or managers who sign contracts for bouts for boxers who are not in satisfactory physical condition may be subject to suspension.
