Every club, corporation, organization or individual granted a license in the State to hold boxing matches, shall furnish every purchaser of tickets of admission a coupon stub or check, showing the date, name of club and the amount paid for same. This coupon stub or check is to be retained by purchaser and redeemed by said club, corporation or organization or association at its face value in case the advertised contest is postponed or does not take place as advertised.
