All clubs are directed to set aside a room on their club premises to be known as the "emergency room". Such room shall contain, among other things, the following: A table or bed upon which an injured person may recline, a stretcher, rubber pillows, and simple emergency equipment which shall be inspected periodically by a physician appointed by the commission.
