Definitions of terms found in section 438-1, HRS, shall be adopted by reference. In addition, as used in chapter 438, HRS, and this chapter:
"Barber training" means barber apprenticeship in a licensed barber shop under supervision of a licensed barber or as a student at a barber school with licensed barbers and licensed by the state department of education.
