Section 16-72-46 - Renewal

Application for renewal, regardless of the issuance date of the license, shall be made on a form provided by the board on or before June 30 of each odd-numbered year and shall be accompanied by the appropriate renewal fee as provided in rules adopted by the director in accordance with chapter 91, HRS.
