Section 16-608-30 - Application, of this subchapter nonexclusive

Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed as limiting or precluding the commission from using its civil citation (including the assessment of civil penalties) or criminal enforcement authority, or both, against any person violating, allegedly violating, or suspected of violating any regulatory law.
