Section 16-601-37 - Prehearing order(a) Where a prehearing conference is held, the commission or hearings officer shall enter a prehearing order which recites the action taken at the conference, including: (1) The amendments allowed to the pleadings;(2) The agreements made by the parties as to any of the matters considered;(3) The issues for hearing not otherwise disposed of by admissions or agreements of the parties; and(4) The procedural schedule.(b) The prehearing order shall control the subsequent course of the hearing, unless modified by the commission or hearings officer at the hearing to prevent manifest injustice.
