Section 16-601-149 - Notice of public hearing

A notice of a public hearing on any proposed adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule shall include:

(1) A statement of the date, time, and place of the public hearing;

(2) Reference to the authority under which the adoption, amendment, or repeal of a rule is proposed; and

(3) A statement of the substance of the proposed rules.
