The fees for the board of psychology shall be as provided in this section:
| (1) Application fee | $ 50 |
| (2) Examination and reexamination fees: | |
| (A) EPPP examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the board and a professional testing service | |
| (B) State jurisprudence examination | $ 30 |
| (3) Examination administration fee for the exam listed in paragraph (2)(A) | $ 10 |
| (4) Examination handscore fee for the exam listed in paragraph (2)(B) | $ 20 |
| (5) Examination review fee for the exam listed in paragraph (2)(B) | $ 25 |
| (6) Original license fee | $ 30 |
| (7) License fees: | |
| (A) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) | $ 80 |
| (B) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) | $ 30 |
| (8) Temporary permit fee | $ 30 |
| (9) Biennial renewal fee | $ 100 |
| (10) Inactive fee and reactivation fee | $ 10 |
| (11) Restoration fee | $ 100 |
| (12) Compliance resolution fund: | |
| (A) Compliance resolution fund fee | $ 55 |
| (B) Annual compliance resolution fund fee | $ 55 |
| (C) Biennial compliance resolution fund fee | $ 110 |
