The fees for emergency medical technicians (EMT) and mobile intensive care technicians (MICT)/board of medical examiners shall be as provided in this section:
| (1) Application fee | $ 20 |
| (2) Examination fees: | |
| (A) EMT | |
| (i) National Registry examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the board and a professional testing service | |
| (ii) National Registry exam administration | $ 30 |
| (B) MICT | |
| (i) National Registry examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the board and a professional testing service | |
| (ii) National Registry exam administration | $ 200 |
| (3) Reexamination fees shall be as set forth in paragraph (2), except the MICT National Registry exam administration fee shall be $30 for the written reexamination, and $170 for the practical reexamination. | |
| (4) Original certification fee | $ 25 |
| (5) Certification fees: | |
| (A) First year of the biennium (original certification fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) | $ 40 |
| (B) Second year of the biennium (original certification fee) | $ 25 |
| (6) Renewal fee | $ 30 |
| (7) Restoration fee | $ 40 |
| (8) Compliance resolution fund: | |
| (A) Compliance resolution fund fee | $ 45 |
| (B) Annual compliance resolution fund fee | $ 45 |
| (C) Biennial compliance resolution fund fee | $ 90 |
