Section 16-53-10 - Acupuncture

The fees for the board of acupuncture shall be as provided in this section:

(1) Application fee $ 50
(2) Examination and reexamination fees:
(A) NCCA examination
(i) NCCA examination and other examination related fees as determined by agreement between the board and a professional testing service
(ii) Examination and reexamination administration fee $ 10
(B) State jurisprudence examination and reexamination $ 30
(i) Examination handscore $ 20
(ii) Examination review fee $ 25
(3) Original license fee $100
(4) License fees:
(A) First year of the biennium (original license fee, plus one-half of the biennial renewal fee) $ 175
(B) Second year of the biennium (original license fee) $ 100
(5) Biennial renewal fee $ 150
(6) Restoration fee $ 200
(7) Duplicate identification cards $ 10
(8) Duplicate certificates $ 10
(9) Compliance resolution fund:
(A) Compliance resolution fund fee $ 35
(B) Annual compliance resolution fund fee $ 35
(C) Biennial compliance resolution fund fee $ 70
