Unless otherwise stated in the licensing laws or rules for the respective profession or vocation, licensing authorities that allow for a license to be placed on inactive status and for the reactivation of the license shall determine the fee for processing in accordance with the following fee schedule:

| (2) | Reactivation fee for: | ||
| (A) Non-complex review | $ | 10 | |
| (B) Semi-complex review | $ | 30 | |
| (C) Complex review | $ | 50 |
