Section 16-39-401 - Registration; generally

A person may be registered under chapter 485A, HRS, and this chapter if the commissioner finds that the applicant is qualified, has sufficient training and experience, is of good repute, and otherwise satisfies the requirements of chapter 485A, HRS, and this chapter.
