Section 16-38-25 - Advertising Neither the issuer nor any person or party acting on behalf of the issuer shall offer or sell the securities by any form of general solicitation or general advertising, directly or indirectly, including but not limited to the following:
(1) Any advertisement, article, notice, or other communication published in any newspaper, magazine, or similar media or broadcast over radio, television, or cable television system; and(2) Any seminar or meeting whose attendees are invited by any general solicitation or general advertising.[Eff and comp 10/12/85; comp 4/14/03] (Auth: HRS § 485-2) (Imp: HRS § 485-6)
