Section 16-36-11.7 - Filing of domestic and foreign limited liability partnership annual reports

All domestic and foreign limited liability partnerships shall deliver for filing the first annual report as of the anniversary date in which the limited liability partnership registered within the time periods prescribed in section 16-36-11.10.
