Section 16-24-15 - Criteria for proposed money transmitters Criteria applied by the commissioner in investigating an applicant for a money transmitter's license may include, but are not limited to:
(1) General character of management. This may include an evaluation of management's current and past business experience; financial resources and interests; and the allocation of proposed duties and responsibilities in relation to prior business experience and capabilities.(2) Financial history and condition.
