Section 16-23-88 - Auditing of members

The commissioner may audit the records of any member relating to the JUP and may prescribe policies, and the keeping of records, books of account, documents, and related material that the commissioner deems necessary to carry out JUP functions. This material shall be provided by the members in the form and with the frequency required by the commissioner.
