Section 16-201-28 - Response

Before the hearing, each respondent may file and serve upon each petitioner, the authority, or hearings officer, a written response stating briefly therein facts, circumstances, laws, rules, or reasons in defense and shall further specifically admit or deny the allegations of the petition.
