Section 16-201-26.5 - Notice of hearing Unless otherwise provided by law, all parties shall be given written notice of the hearing at least fifteen days before the hearing. The notice shall include:
(1) The date, time, place, and nature of hearing;(2) The legal authority under which the hearing is to be held;(3) The particular sections of the statutes and rules involved; and(4) A short and concise statement of the issues involved and the facts giving rise to the petition. Attachment of a copy of the petition to the hearing notice satisfies this requirement. The notice shall further apprise each party of their right to retain legal counsel if so desired.
