Section 16-171-501 - Purpose

The purpose of this subchapter is to recognize, permit, and prescribe the use of mortality tables that reflect differences in mortality between preferred and standard lives in determining minimum reserve liabilities in accordance with sections 431:5-307 and 431:10D-104, HRS.
