Section 16-171-310 - Application for approval of a continuing education course(a) A continuing education course provider seeking approval of a continuing education course shall submit an application to the commissioner at least sixty days prior to the proposed date the course will be offered.(b) A continuing education course provider shall obtain the commissioner's prior approval for the course before advertising or soliciting for that course.Haw.
