Section 16-171-308 - Continuing education requirement for licensee reactivating a line of authority

Except for nonresident licensees subject to the reciprocity provisions of section 431:9A-116(b), HRS, a licensed producer who applies to reactivate a line of authority shall fulfill the continuing education requirement for the line of authority prior to its reactivation.
