Section 16-133-20 - Construction

To the extent not inconsistent with the procedures described in this chapter, the procedures described in chapter 16-201, Hawaii Administrative Rules shall apply. Should any provision of this chapter be invalidated, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
