Section 16-133-10 - Filing of application
(a) Within thirty days of receipt of an application and applicable fee, the director shall review the application and notify the applicant in writing that it is acceptable for filing or inform the applicant that it fails to provide certain information. The applicant shall be given at least fifteen days to submit the required information. If the director finds the application to be complete, the director shall issue notice of acceptance for filing. If no additional information is received or if the application is still not complete, the applicant's submittals shall be returned, with a statement indicating that the application as submitted is not acceptable for filing.
(b) The date of the notice shall be deemed the filing date of the application.
