Cable or wire facilities owned by the subscriber and meeting all federal and state cable technical standards, in particular radiation and system isolation, may be connected with the facilities of the cable operator when otherwise provided for in this chapter or in the cable operator's tariffs on file with the director.
The facilities of the subscriber shall be so constructed, maintained, and operated as to be capable of functioning as a part of the system without adversely affecting service provided to other subscribers.
