Section 16-12-2.3 - Laws applicable

Article 10A, part I, of chapter 431, HRS, governing individual accident and sickness policies shall apply to Medicare supplement policies unless expressly inconsistent with article 10A, part III, of chapter 431, HRS, and this chapter, in which case part III and this chapter shall prevail.
